That’s why I always hold onto my receipt for a week. Then it goes in the trash

best to shred receipts. there are ways to hack your account with only the last 4 credit card/debit numbers.

Good point.

I very rarely pay by card though. Yes, I am that paranoid. Especially since three local stations had card skimmers on the pump.

I most always go inside and prepay cash.

Really sad how little I can trust people.

Credit card fraud: Inconvenient, but I don’t care. Credit card company eats that.

Debit card fraud: Never, never, never pay at a gas station with debit. once that money is gone it won’t come back.
